Before launching ObjectiveAssist, Patricia served as a principal, director of operations, and instructional leader, where she led cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and built systems that empowered staff and improved outcomes. Her work consistently centered on cultivating inclusive communities, streamlining operations, and developing talent—skills she now channels into helping small businesses and entrepreneurs thrive.
Fluent in Spanish and certified in both education and bookkeeping systems like QuickBooks Online, Patricia combines heart and expertise to deliver high-quality virtual services in project management, social media, and financial operations.
